Greetings after a very long time away.

EIGHT UNIVERSAL MONTH

Numerologically, October is a dynamo, public and proactive. Eight universal months, especially months falling in the very insular space of a Seven year are revealing, visible.

You are rousting yourself from a recuperative hiatus, and so may feel a bit on display at first. Give yourself some space to find your footing. Steps taken now are formative, they set the predicate for next year.

LIBRA SEASON

The astrology of the month gets at the feeling of being between two worlds…

It is written specifically for Libra suns and rising signs, but we all have a little libra somewhere…:

Libra is the midpoint of the zodiac, the sign of the scales and balance… you are watched over by Venus, the heavenly keeper of love and partnerships of all kinds.

You teach us the importance of being in relation… harmonized, working together for a greater whole. For this to happen, you need to be in constant motion.

Sometimes that motion feels like a flow.

And sometimes that motion feels more like a release.

Singer, Song writer, David Crosby of the Byrds , who passed this year, was not a Libra Sun, but he had strong associations with Libra. He famously wrote

“To every thing there is season”, and, his words highlighted this evergreen aspect of life.

The current time IS bewildering as we are in the closing moments of one chapter and the beginning moments of another. But you remember being here before. Think back to 2014. There are echos of 2004, as well. Confusing or not, the bottom line is you’ve got this.

You are the great ambassadors of the cosmos, and, it’s in your nature to be involved.

First and foremost, have confidence in your natural ability as a connector, a conduit of sanity and grace. Your finely tuned sensibilities are your super power. These skills are in great demand right now.

And going forward though this tumultuous month, and onward toward the end of the year and into the next, your secondary skill, midwifing for new futures, changed futures, futures in flux…. this talent for promoting more beneficial alliances and allegiances is vital.

Trust your instincts: choose what shall remain and what should be set free. Find a balance between your own needs, standing in your own power, and the needs of others, the collective.

Your empathy and eloquence to lead you to the right path. Somewhere in your life, you’ve outgrown some partnerships, allow yourself to actively seek out and promote new ways of relating, that is Libra’s role.
